WHERE ARE YOUR PIECES MADE?

Our collections consist of two parts – Core Collection and Curated Selection.

Core Collection pieces are designed and produced in collaboration with trusted partners in Ukraine, ensuring quality, fit, and attention to detail.

Curated Selection items are carefully chosen from international manufacturers to complement our core pieces.

The country of origin is always listed on each product page, so you know exactly where your piece comes from.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard delivery is 2–14 business days from dispatch.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location, customs, or high-demand periods.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details, so you can follow it every step of the way.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
You can also log into your account to view your order history and track your package anytime.


CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders are processed quickly to get your items to you fast, so unfortunately they cannot be changed or canceled after confirmation.
Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
Refunds are only available for faulty items.

To qualify, returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in their original condition.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you need a different size or item, simply return your purchase for store credit and place a new order using your credit.


WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
We’ll help you quickly with a replacement or store credit.


HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.


WILL THE COLOR LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME AS ONLINE?

We do our best to display colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
