RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love every piece you receive from VALEBONA. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Store credit is also available
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free from makeup, perfume, or any signs of wear

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for a different size or style, subject to availability.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued
  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Accessories

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at valebonabrand@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
