The country of origin is always listed on each product page, so you know exactly where your piece comes from.


HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Standard delivery is 2–14 business days from dispatch.

We don’t offer direct exchanges at the moment.
If you need a different size or item, simply return your purchase for store credit and place a new order using your credit.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Please contact us at valebonabrand@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order – include your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will provide further instructions


RETURNS

Returns are accepted for store credit only – refunds are available only for faulty items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free from makeup or perfume
Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned – Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer – we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable


EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability
If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
